The Company’s personnel as well as third parties related to the Company must strictly comply with this anti-corruption policy without operating or participating in any forms of corruption either directly or indirectly for their own benefits, family, friends, or other persons, as well as government agencies or private agencies which have been doing businesses.

Whistleblowing Policy
The channel for whistleblowing is assigned through the Company's Internal Audit Supervisor in order to report to the independent directors or the Audit Committee of the Company in order to review the information in accordance with the procedures established by the Company and report to the committee.
